This camp begins to lay the foundation for developing an awareness and appreciation for Ballet, Tap, Musical Theater and Theater Dance. The young dancers will begin studying all styles of dance, singing and acting to expand their skills and improve their confidence in each discipline, allowing for further study and advancement as young performers.

Take your Performing Skills to the Next Level - Prepare to put yourself Center Stage! Study All styles of Dance, Singing and Acting to expand your skills and improve your confidence when auditioning and rehearsing in any environment. Work with Broadway Veterans and Working professionals to enhance and upgrade your skillset.

We have an exciting week planned for you! Each day will be focused on improving your skills in a number of different classes: Tap, Musical Theater, Ballet, Acting, Lyrical, Hip-Hop and Theater Jazz Dance. We will end the week with an informal presentation for families!
(TBD): Adult Mini Intensive (Ages 16+)
A Fun-Filled, engaging and challenging week for our Adult Students. Yoga, Lyrical, Ballet, Pointe and Variations as well as Theater Jazz and an Acting Class! Come and enjoy some new classes and styles this summer! ($150 for 4 nights)
*$200 per week nonrefundable deposit due upon registration.

Summary of Classes:
Summer is not the time to forget about your dance training; in fact it is the best time to solidify and enhance your development. You've worked hard all year long to create gains and experience growth in your dance technique and to enhance your performance quality. You know you want to continue studying, but cannot commit to a camp or intensive - so we've created the summer weekly series just for you. This is exactly what your body needs to keep moving forward.
TUESDAY's
Creative Dance (ages 3&4)

Teacher led dance class, focused in ballet, to introduce dance to ages 3 and 4. Taught in an age appropriate class to create a love for dance!
Ballet Beginner 1 (ages 7-12)

$200 Fee
A Ballet Technique Class geared towards introducing and maintaining technical development for the beginner or intermediate level dancer.
Tap Beginner (ages 7-10)

Learn the basics of Tap Dance! Learn from a former Radio City Music Hall Rockette, Michelle Vivona! Tap shoes are required for this class.
Ballet Intermediate (ages 9-12)

Lyrical, Contemporary and Theater Dance Intermediate/Advanced (ages 14+)

A challenging mix of styles and techniques; each class consisting of a warm up, across the floor, and designed to teach varied dance techniques that are used in contemporary Broadway Musical Theater. Fun music and choreography for ages 14+!
Theater Dance Intermediate (ages 11-14)

A Jazz class consisting of a warm up, and learning jazz dance technique used in Musical Theater. Fun Broadway music and choreography for ages 11-14!

A Combo Class of Ballet,Tap, and Theater Dance for Ages 5 & 6. Have fun dancing and learning about 3 different styles of dance! Ballet and Tap shoes needed for class.
Hip-Hop Jrs. (ages 7-10)

Hip Hop is a fun energetic class where you learn a commercial dance style to popular music! We will be working on different hip hop styles and grooves, as well as learning new and challenging choreography. This class will give dancers a chance to expand their horizons and break out of their comfort zone, but most of all it will be super fun!
Lyrical Beginner (ages 9-12)

Lyrical Dance Class for Ages 9-12 who have had some dance training. A warm up and lyrical dance technique and choreography will be done across the floor and in center, and will be built upon each week.
Tap Intermediate (ages 9+)

Intermediate level of Broadway Style Tap Dance. Should have previous tap training, and tap shoes are required for class. Study with former Radio City Music Hall Rockette, and studio owner, Michelle Vivona.
Theater Dance Junior's (ages 7-10)

Willy Wonka Kids: (July 8 - July 12) Ages (7+) (ONE CAST ONLY)
Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka KIDS follows enigmatic candy manufacturer Willy Wonka as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his scrumptious candy bars. Whomever comes up with these tickets will win a free tour of the Wonka factory, as well as a lifetime supply of candy. Four of the five winning children are insufferable brats, but the fifth is a likeable young lad named Charlie Bucket, who takes the tour in the company of his equally amiable grandfather. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka's rules in the factory — or suffer the consequences.
Mean Girls Jr.: (July 15 - July 26) Ages (9+) (ONE CAST ONLY)
Cady Heron may have grown up on an African savanna, but nothing prepared her for the wild and vicious ways of her strange new home: suburban Illinois. How will this naïve newbie rise to the top of the popularity pecking order? By taking on The Plastics, a trio of lionized frenemies led by the charming but ruthless Regina George. Cady and her friends devise a "Revenge Party" to end Regina’s reign with Cady going undercover as an aspiring Plastic. When the lines between the real Cady and her Plastic self get blurred, she must find her way back to herself and her true friends.
